What is KenKen?
KenKen® is a grid-based numerical puzzle that uses the basic math operations—addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division—while also challenging your logic and problem-solving skills.  KenKen puzzles range in size from 3 x 3 up to 9 x 9, and puzzles can employ different combinations of the math operations.  This enables KenKen puzzles to provide an exciting, unparalleled experience for puzzlers of all ages and skill-levels, while also developing logic, critical thinking and problem solving skills in students. KenKen® is the world's fastest growing, most popular, and most addictive math and logic puzzle. Syndicated in over 200 newspapers worldwide with over 1 million puzzle books sold, and used as a teaching tool by over 30,000 teachers, KenKen® is truly a worldwide phenomenon.

What is the KenKen International Championship?

Each year, the KenKen® Puzzle Company sponsors a tournament that brings together the best KenKen players from around the globe to compete for the title of International KenKen Champion!
Contestants will compete in two divisions - Adult and Student (grades 3 - 12). Those competing in the Adult category can be of any age 18 and up. Students compete in three separate age/grade categories, with an international champion crowned in each group. This year, talented student KenKen'ers from around the country will compete against each other and against the national champions from India, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Egypt, and other countries for the title of International Student KenKen Champion.
