Nathaniel and his family were greeted and escorted by volunteer, JoAnn Parker, who showed them around Michie Stadium.
As part of the day, Nathaniel participated in the coin toss and chatted with several ARMY football players including two of the team Captains. He also had the opportunity to hang out on the sidelines with the referees as he waited to be introduced as "Honorary Team Captain" for the day.
While on the sidelines, Nathaniel had the opportunity to meet several distinguished Army personnel including Superintendent of West Point Lt. Gen. Robert L Caslen, Jr and the Athletics Director Boo Corrigan, who autographed a wish star for him too. Nathaniel also witnessed the Army Parachute Team perform during the pre-game, he even was given a pair of glasses used by one of the members of the jump team!
Army announced that the Duke game was the first sell-out of the season. Although Army lost to Duke University 44-3 at Michie Stadium, it was a WIN for Nathaniel and his family who were treated like VIP.
Special thanks to West Point for providing these amazing enhancement experiences for our wish kids and to JoAnn Parker for the great photos!
Nathaniel is currently on the waiting list to meet NFL's New England Patriot, Tom Brady.
