Make-A-Wish Foundation® of the Hudson Valley

The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of the Hudson Valley grants wishes to children who meet the following criteria:

Child must be between the ages of 2 1/2 and 18 years (child must be referred prior to his or her 18th birthday) .
Child must reside in the eight counties that the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Hudson Valley serves. They are Delaware, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester counties.
Child may not have already had a wish granted by Make-A-Wish® or another wish-granting organization.
Child meets Make-A-Wish medical eligibility criteria. A child's treating physician is the only individual who can determine if the medical criteria are met.
