Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team of professionals. This position is responsible for keeping the Wish House running smoothly and efficiently.  

Job Responsibilities:

The Operations Coordinator is the primary staff person responsible for office operations and assists in program-related administrative duties. This position is responsible for keeping the Wish House running smoothly and efficiently.

This position is a full-time role requiring an individual who is detail oriented and strong in the areas of organization and interpersonal communication. The operations coordinator must be comfortable working as part of a team, must be able to multi task, must have proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and must be able to exhibit discretion when dealing with various confidential matters.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years’ experience in an Administrative role for a non-profit organization or similar professional setting
  • Proficient with basic bookkeeping and banking tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in Raiser’s Edge software or other database platforms preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish Language a plus
